The Block is not your typical workout class. Here we use the fundamental principles of mat Pilates and Qi Gong as a way to access, release and shift energy to allow for the rejuvenation of mind, body, spirit and soul. It is a combination of strength, power, connection and quiet - all starting from the simplest form of movement, the breath.

 
 
 

Boxing

The combination you never knew you needed: Boxing and Pilates. This class combines elements of heart pumping HIIT and shadow boxing with the classic A La Ligne foundation of the breath. No gloves or experience necessary.

The HIIT is a fiery mat class focused on alignment, strength, and cardiovascular endurance. It combines the principles of Pilates with heart-pumping interval strength training.

This class is designed to enhance your connection to self while pushing your body to its own unique, personal limit. HIIT Pilates will leave you feeling aligned and energized (and maybe a little bit sweaty) as you step back into your day.

 
 
 

With a deep passion rooted in lived experience, the House of A La Ligne has created a space for Humans to both connect to and strengthen their bodies pre and post birth. As certified pre and post-natal movement specialists, the A La Ligne team will guide you in safely preparing and rehabilitating the body through the cycle of childbirth, no matter where you are in your unique journey.

This class incorporates all the modifications recommended for pre and post-natal movement, with a particular focus on the pelvic floor, spinal stability, and posture.

 
 
 

The Mat is the foundation of our House: this Pilates practice focuses on the alignment of all the elements within oneself through intentional connection, mindfulness, and strength. This class brings direct attention to the pelvic floor and stabilizing muscles empowering the individual to feel into their body and move in the way they were designed - fully balanced, supported, and aligned.

Pilates Strength is a mat class focused on strength, alignment and core activation. It combines the principles of mat Pilates with elements of strength training and incorporates tools such as dumbbells, bands and gliders for added resistance and burn.
